Let’s See if We’re a Fit

We begin with a short, intentional screening. This helps us quickly determine whether our care model fits your needs.

  • If it’s a match, we move forward.
  • If not, we’ll do our best to refer you to someone we trust.

Step 3

Intake Evaluation

Once we’ve determined there’s a fit, you’ll begin with a thorough intake.

Depending on your case, you might start with:

  • A comprehensive intake with Dr. Luke or Dr. Michelle
  • A qEEG brain map to assess functional brain activity, followed by a secondary consult. This is where we begin understanding not just what’s going on, but why.

Step 4

Collaborative Treatment Plan

Your treatment plan is customized based on your needs and our clinical findings. It may include:

Ongoing appointments with Dr. Luke or Dr. Michelle

  • Brain-based therapies like Neurofeedback, Interactive Metronome, or Vestibular Exercises
  • Nutritional balancing
  • Chiropractic or functional neurology care

We meet regularly as a team to adjust and collaborate on your care.

Step 5

Your Journey Evolves

As your body and brain begin to heal, your care may shift. That’s expected — and healthy.

  • You might move from one provider to another
  • You may reintroduce previous therapies or pause care for a time
  • You’re never locked into a rigid plan

We stay in step with your progress and adjust accordingly.

Insurance & Payment Information

We do not participate in network with any insurance plans, and we do not submit claims directly to insurance companies. If you’d like to pursue reimbursement on your own, we’re happy to provide a receipt with the necessary billing details upon request.

Many HSA and FSA cards are accepted in our office, depending on your plan’s specific terms.

Please note: Neurofeedback services are not currently recognized by major insurers and do not have accepted billing codes. As a result, we are unable to provide insurance-compatible receipts for these services.
